Landry’s is jumping on the band wagon. Only in this case, it’s a crawfish wagon.

The hospitality group’s new mobile unit has the capacity to boil and serve 1,000 pounds of crawfish per hour.

The wagon will be used for crawfish festivals and other special events at Landry’s properties including the Pleasure Pier in Galveston and the Kemah Boardwalk, as well as at Landry’s Seafood in the Woodlands, Willie G’s and Brenner’s on the Bayou.

You can check out the Crawfish Wagon (and its hot mudbugs) April 11-13 and April 18 at the Kemah Boardwalk and April 25-27 at the Pleasure Pier.
