years ago i lived off Allen parkway and Waugh in a apartment complex for about a year. i wasn't very happy there being it was over priced for the small one bed room apartment. a few years after i moved out they bull dozed it down and for a few years now its been a fenced off vacant lot. well looks like they will be building a new upscale apartments and condos. i could never understand why people would pay so much money just to be closer to down town, but if you got the money to blow then i guess it done really matter then does it.
