Julia Child's would have been 100 today, i have to say even though i never watched any of her cooking shows that much mainly due to most of the food she cood i wasnt really interesed in but i did catch her as a guest on a few show over the years and she was always fun to watch. so even though she is no longer with us i still want to wish her a happy birthday. after all she is the one that created the TV cooking show that lead to us now having the Food Network and Cooking Channel.
